1 lb. white bread, cubed
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
½ cup cream cheese
3 cups milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp butter, melted
½ cups fresh blueberries
12 (8-ounce) Mason Jars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat mason jars with cooking spray, set aside.
Combine the eggs, sugar and cream cheese in a large bowl. Beat in the milk, vanilla extract and butter.
Place the bread crumbs in a separate large bowl and top with egg mixture. Allow the mixture to sit for 20 minutes, then stir in the blueberries.
Scoop the mixture into mason jars, filling them only halfway. Place the jars on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!!
